In Store Services
Bringing your system to our facility for repairs is by far the most cost effective option. We offer a number of services. Some are at a flat rate, and the remaining fall to our hourly service rate; and remember our FREE Diagnostics are always free. We don't try to slip it into the price later.
- Hourly Rate: $60
- Performance, Updates, Security & Cleaning Service: $90
- Physical System Cleaning: $40
- Data Backup: $60
- Re-install Operating System: $120
(Note: As a bonus, included in this service we install anti-virus/spyware software as well as other useful applications at no extra charge.)
- Virus/Spyware/Trojan Removal: $90
(Note: If removal is not possible and your system requires a re-install of the operating system, we only charge for the re-install. The removal charge is waived)
- ISP Troublshooting: $60
- Software Troublshooting: $60
- Peripheral Setup: $60
- Setup Automatic Backups: $60
- Hardware Installation: $40 per component.
These flat rate services are only a portion of the services we offer. We do much more from servers to printers, linux to apple, etc. We can be your one stop shop for all your computer service needs.
